I am so excited to share with you my travel review of my honeymoon in West Palm Beach, Florida. Kevin and I spent a full week in West Palm Beach for our honeymoon and did not want to leave. Between the amazing team at the Four Seasons property, the crystal clear blue ocean (room) views, and the sophisticated ambiance of West Palm beach - we couldn't get enough of this are of Florida.
The first night we arrived, I was so pooped from the wedding that I slept a full fourteen hours. Yes, you read that right - 14 hours of sleep. I am a self-proclaimed introvert so a glamorous weekend chalk full of events with family and friends was amazing but also tiring! Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't change a single thing. Any old way, after catching up on some z's, we ventured out to the beach and let me tell you something: once you have experienced the beach with the Four Seasons, you will never want to experience it any other way.

Raise your hand if you have ever ran as fast as you could to your beach chair because your feet were burning from the hot sand beneath you! Don't worry, at the Four Seasons Palm Beach - this is a thing of the past. And by that I mean the team at FS hoses down the hot sand for the comfort of your little toes! On top of that, they serve ice cold towels throughout the day to cool you off oceanside, they come around to clean your sunglasses for you (I don't know about you, but mine are always smudged from the tanning oil on my fingers I almost always forget is there..), and just when you think that the Four Seasons has thought of everything - they surprise you with a nice cold peppermint patty. Now, I hadn't had a peppermint patty in what felt like ages but I will tell you - nothing tastes better on a hot day at the Four Seasons in West Palm Beach.
Our room was a ocean view balcony room and the views were to die for. The ocean doesn't get prettier in Florida than in West Palm Beach. We slept with our doors open almost every night and waking up to the sound of waves crashing was zen central.
Needless to say the first couple of days of our honeymoon, I refused to leave the Four Seasons resort. If you follow along with me on Instagram or any social media, you know that I am a big fan of this company and West Palm Beach was no different. Hanging out at the Four Seasons Palm Beach was the perfect distance from home and exactly the amount of luxurious relaxation everyone needs after a year of wedding planning. If you haven't noticed, I am a little bit obsessed.
SK II masks are a travel staple.
Kevin wanted a new swimsuit while we were beaching and popped into the Four Seasons hotel store and found an Onia one that I loved! Fun fact: I wear Onia Women's swimsuits on the reg and loved that they had such a well curated store on site!
I think it is safe to say that we consumed a lot of pizza and avocado toast on our Honeymoon..
Me in a nutshell, lol.
During our stay, we made BFF's with the concierge at FS but it is kind of hard not to. They gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and when we let them know last minute that we would like to try one (Buccan) out, they pulled some strings and always got us a table. We even brought a goPro with us to document our adventures and absent-mindedly forgot to get a memory card. We didn't want to rip ourselves away from the beach for this errand and guess what? The concierge got us a memory card by the next day.
A picture I took before dinner at Buccan. I love this place!
When we did decide to explore Palm Beach for dinner reservations and shopping, the Four Seasons Mercedes driver was available for our use! It's as if this resort has thought of everything and I loved the feeling of being constantly impressed. If you are looking for restaurants to try while visiting West Palm Beach, I highly recommend Buccan and Palm Beach Grill. Apparently Tony Robbins frequents Palm Beach Grill and even though we didn't lay eyes on him, maybe you will young grasshopper!
If you are looking for other things to do while in Palm Beach, please go to the Everglades and see the exotic animals that Florida has! We didn't make it to this activity but def will be exploring this option next time we go back. Pink flamingos? Yes please. Also, there is a big golfing scene in Palm Beach so if that is up your ally, be sure to look into this option as well. Does anyone else love frequenting this area of Florida? Drop me a line, I'd love to hear! xo Cath
